Hi, I'm Can Onart, an industrial designer, design consultant, and educator with a passion for creating, developing, and inspiring innovation. Here's a glimpse into my journey:

Design Expertise: With a strong foundation in industrial design, I have developed and brought to life numerous products, overseeing every step from concept to production — from sketch and 3D modeling to mold/tooling development and manufacturing. My expertise extends beyond physical products to include architecture, 3D scanning, and theatrical/stage design.

Consulting: I provide design and manufacturing consultancy to startups, SMEs, and production facilities — from idea-stage and PoC development to low-volume and full-scale production. I've also advised software, energy, holding, and R&D companies on navigating complex challenges and achieving sustainable growth.

Entrepreneurship: As co-founder of Tridi Teknoloji, I built a rapid-prototyping company from the ground up, scaling operations before a successful exit via acquisition by Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) in 2023. Alongside my design and consulting work, I remain a co-founding partner at Adgager, an AI-powered TV ad measurement platform — including the launch of its GAG Token — recognized with several industry awards over the years.

Every project I undertake is driven by curiosity, creativity, and a desire to leave a lasting impact. My work encompasses a broad spectrum of fields, including automotive supply industries, design studios, injection and rotational molding, CNC machining, laser cutting, furniture, architecture, and stage design. I oversee the entire design process, from initial sketches and 3D modeling to the final stages of production, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
Furthermore, I have extensive experience in redesigning production facilities to optimize costs, as well as developing ERP systems, data analytics tools, and strategies for collecting accurate and meaningful data in software projects. My expertise also includes project management, mobile gaming, market research, electronic recycling, SaaS software management, material science, metallurgy, and the design of healthcare products. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to approach challenges with a holistic and innovative mindset, consistently delivering impactful results.
